We are holding a prologue to the “Arts and Human Rights” festival on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, 9. on December 10, 2022, at UK PAROBROD in Belgrade. The festival is planned for June 2023.
During the PROLOGUE, we will try to answer one of the pressing questions: What can art and activism do in light of human rights violations today?
We will talk with guest artists and activists – Moran Duvshani from Israel, Mashad Afshar from Iran/Great Britain, Katja Kazina from Russia and Cindy Cohen from the USA, with whom we share the same feeling that the situation at the global level is frightening and that we must react urgently. Urgent situations require rapid, effective intervention to overcome the critical situation.
Standing up for another is a fight for ourselves.
