ART AND HUMAN RIGHTS FESTIVAL
The theme of the festival, from October 23 to 28, 2020, in Belgrade, is even more significant in the circumstances caused by the pandemic, where the feeling of isolation and powerlessness often leads to passivity and blocking of our fellow citizens. This is precisely why it is important to enable constructive and creative meetings, where a live voice can be heard and different points of view can be shared live on the topics that the festival will offer. Activities will be held in open spaces, such as parks, streets, squares, as well as closed spaces of theaters, museums, cultural centers, with adherence to all health measures and the permitted number of gatherings, as well as in specific spaces, chosen specifically for the implementation of works.
