The festival is designed as a platform for initiating and presenting ideas and concepts that prioritize and connect art and human rights, advocate for equal human rights, and promote the development of this idea in Serbia.

The aim of the festival is to inspire and empower citizens to take an active role in changes in their communities and to ensure that human rights are no longer understood as something imposed from the outside, but that it is the responsibility of each individual to
engage.
