Demonstrations of work at the DAH Theater aim to reveal a part of the creative process in the theater and thereby instruct interested artists in some techniques of making a play, as well as to interest the audience in new theatrical forms. The process of working on a play in a theater such as DAH Theater lasts for months, and during that period the actors work in parallel on improving their own skills and creating materials from which the character is gradually built, i.e. a character being worked on for a particular play. Often these two processes intertwine, and the work that began with the aim of developing a certain acting training often leads to a role; and vice versa, from the materials that were created with the aim of building a certain character, a technique or skill is reached, which can later be developed independent of the role and the performance. Because of this, these presentations have a form and effect on viewers that borders on the performance.

"Tucked away in the veil of research in the art to which I belong, I often meet strong, warm, frightening and deep feelings, colors, thoughts and memories. These encounters are faith in what I do because without them I would not be able to meet myself. For me, work at DAH Theater is like a deep sea expanse at the bottom of which I try to maintain the flame that lifts me above my own life".- Maja Mitić
