On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, we are organizing Prologue - a program announcing the "Art and Human Rights" festival in June 2025. This year, we are organizing Prologue for three days: December 9, 10 and 11 on the theme of "Thinking Peace", which is also the theme of the Festival. All the program takes place in the Parobrod cultural institution, Captain Mišina 6.
