The festival is designed as a platform for initiating and presenting ideas and concepts that put and connect art and human rights in the foreground, advocate for equal human rights, as well as the development of that idea in Serbia.

The goal of the festival is to inspire and empower citizens to take an active role in changes in their communities and that human rights are no longer understood as something that is imposed from the outside, but that it is the responsibility of each individual to engage.
