ARTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS FESTIVAL
The theme of the festival, from October 23 to 28, 2020, in Belgrade, is even more significant in the circumstances caused by the pandemic, where the feeling of isolation and helplessness often leads to passivity and blocked state of our fellow citizens. That is why it is important to enable
constructive and creative encounters, where a live voice can be heard and different views on the topics offered by the festival can be shared live. Activities will take place in open spaces, such as parks, streets, squares, as well as
indoor spaces of theaters, museums, cultural centers, while adhering to all health measures and the allowed number of gatherings, as well as in specific spaces, chosen specifically for the realization of the works.
