“When others are discriminated against, we remain silent.

When it comes to us –

we are surprised by the silence of others.”

The age of the workshop participants is from 18 to 35 years. Young activists are welcome, as well as young people who are interested in becoming activists. An important aspect is the participation of male members, who

between women and men, to break the silence about violence.

The film’s director, Elmedin Bišić, graduated from Broadcast College in Brussels. He is the winner of several first prizes, and the film “Shadow,” for which he wrote the screenplay, won two first places in Italy and China. So far, he has made about ten short feature
films, some of which have been shown at international festivals, including in Belgium, Italy, China, Switzerland, Pakistan, and Finland.

Exhibition “Woman’s Mirror – Reflections of Her Reality”

The exhibition presents the works of young female authors who participated in art-photography workshops, where they dealt with gender topics and issues, organized by the informal group Drugarice i Drugovi (Comrades). After workshops and discussions
on topics such as gender-based violence, human trafficking, the portrayal of women in the media, and internet safety, young women, high school students, and university students exchanged their experiences and knowledge, which they later transferred to photographs.
