THIS IS WHO WE ARE [2004-2005]
The project includes the DAH Theater Drama Studio for Youth, Roma children from Vračar, and those gathered around the Roma Cultural Center in Mali Mokri Lug. The project lasted eight months and represents workshop and research work within the themes
concerning young people, with a special focus on the moment of “transition” in which we find ourselves.
The project takes place in two phases:
PHASE I: THIS IS ME – WIDE OPEN EYES (April-June 2004) Includes work with young people from the DAH Theater Drama Group and will result in a performance of the same name.
PHASE II: THIS IS WHO WE ARE (September 2004 – January 2005). Includes work within drama workshops with children of Roma and non-Roma nationality, which also included young people from the drama group as collaborators.
The culmination of the project is a performance that includes all participants.
